Located in Campsie (129 Brighton Avenue Campsie NSW 2194), Franks Boarding house is a fully licensed Assisted Boarding House (ABH) within close proximity to the Sydney CBD.
Partnering with our sister company Franks Boarding house, we will be able to provide you with an accomodation pathway for independent living within a community.
As a resident at Franks Boarding house, this low cost accomodation is the perfect pathway to where you eventually want to live – with all meals included, 24-hour on-site staffing, laundry and cleaning services the possibility of starting meaningful friendships and lots of organised social activities.
Fortnightly payments include:
- Fully furnished bedroom
- Communal dining
- Lounge and alfresco areas
- Experienced cook preparing all foods and meals
- General cleaning
- 24 hour on-site staffing
- Supervised medical administration
SCREENING TOOL ASSESSMENT:
ABH’s are licensed by the Department of Community and Justice and are a low-cost, privately run supported accomodation model for people with a disability and additional needs.
As a result, Franks Boarding house are unable to accept any new residents without a Screening Tool Assessment for eligibility.
The assessment asks a series of straight forward questions about whether a person with a disability and additional needs could manage life in an ABH.
