What is NDIS Support Coordination?
NDIS Support Coordination involves putting you in touch with a support coordinator. This support coordinator will help you to stay on track with achieving your NDIS goals and also will ensure that you are accessing the right providers to assist with this.
Your designated A2zlodge Support Coordinator will help you set up your service agreements with chosen service providers and help navigate you through the entire NDIS processes.
